University of South Dakota for medical school, University of Missouri for ophthalmology residency, and the University of Kentucky for vitreoretinal fellowship. I specialize in vitreoretinal surgery and retinal disease.
What drew you to a career in eye care?
The ability to use cutting-edge technology to make a meaningful impact in patients’ lives.
What do you hope patients feel after a visit with you?
I hope they feel their concerns have been heard and that our team is doing everything we can to provide the best possible outcome for their situation.

I am co-owner of a women’s pre-professional soccer club.
If you were not a doctor, what would you be doing?
I would most likely be a dentist. I was accepted into dental school and medical school in the same year and had to make that decision.
